Social Entrepreneurship

Social entrepreneurship - an opportunity to shape the future and gain additional qualifications

Drei Personen unterhalten sich

The social work of the future thrives on commitment and ideas for reshaping our society. The founding ambassador of the Faculty of Social Work and Professor of Social Economy, Prof Dr Müller-Beck, supports social entrepreneurship and the conception of new project and business ideas in the field of social work.

Students or student groups with a good, but perhaps not yet fully developed, innovative project idea for the social sector or with an interdisciplinary focus are very welcome to contact the start-up ambassador for more information or if they have any questions.

Specifically, the task of a start-up counselling session is to discuss the project idea together, discuss open questions and finally create a tailor-made project description for the idea. This can then be submitted to the start-up centre at Landshut University of Applied Sciences in order to obtain further support, e.g. with regard to financing. Support is provided from the idea to its realisation. And who knows - perhaps your efforts will ultimately be rewarded with the Landshut University of Applied Sciences Founder Award.
