Guest lectureships at partner universities
Guest lectureships at European partner universities are also funded as part of the ERASMUS+ programme .
Group of persons, professors and lecturers with a contractual relationship to the university, lecturers without a salary, lecturers with work contracts, emeritus professors and retired lecturers, academic staff, company personnel. A prerequisite for funding is a minimum stay of 2 days. Funding is available for a maximum of 2 months.

Funding for outgoing lecturers
Please proceed step by step:
- Before the start: Travel application (via system and dean)
- Before the start: Form for planning of a trip abroad (signed by the dean and sent to the International Office)
- for ERASMUS mobilities:
- Before start forERASMUS: Staff Mobility Agreement Training (to be signed by "Receiving Institution" )
- Before the end for ERASMUS: Confirmation of completion (to be signed by the "ReceivingInstitution")
Parallel to the travel application, please always complete the
as the university management decides on funding on the basis of available funds and the usefulness of the trip.
For teaching and training stays via ERASMUS
- the Staff Mobility Agreement Teaching (if you are teaching)
- the Staff Mobility Agreement for Training (if you are travelling abroad for further education)
The financial support for teaching purposes or for further education and training is based on the different costs of living in the "programme countries". Daily rates apply for three country groups up to the 14th day of the stay; from the 15th to the 60th day of the stay, funding amounts to 70% of the daily rates stated:

In addition to these daily rates, there are travel costs depending on the actual distances between the place of departure and destination of the mobility, which are calculated using a standardised calculation tool throughout Europe. The following amounts are reimbursed per stay and depending on the distance:

| 2,000 km - 2,999 km | 360 EUR |
| 3,000 km - 3,999 km | 530 EUR |

| 8,000 km and more | 1,500 EUR |
