Sustainability

In a world that is increasingly dependent on technology, the responsible use of our resources plays a major role. We therefore attach great importance to using resources as sparingly as possible and utilising sustainable infrastructure. The continuous optimisation of energy efficiency is important to us. For this reason, we are working on gradually converting our computer rooms into flexible and resource-saving "bring-your-own-device" learning environments. This will allow our students to use their own devices and optimise the use of resources in the labs at the same time. As a faculty, it is very important to us not only to establish a sustainable IT infrastructure, but also to raise our students' awareness of environmental protection and sustainability. Especially in the resource-intensive IT sector, we see it as our responsibility to use resources sustainably and sensibly.
