Service IT accepts no liability for damage caused by loading and starting the software or by activities within the scope of remote maintenance or in temporal proximity to the support service. The customer is responsible for the security of his/her data (external backup). Should problems or defects arise during the remote maintenance connection, the consultant will only continue at the express request of the customer.
Privacy policy for remote maintenance
Remote maintenance is carried out at the express request of the customer. Neither personal data nor computer system data is collected or stored. The service IT consultant gains access to the data files through remote maintenance. The remote maintenance connection can be terminated by the customer at any time.
