Facility management

Landshut University of Applied Sciences' Facility Management, with its property management and spatial planning departments, sees itself as a service unit that provides the necessary services for teaching and research as well as for the optimal operation and security of the buildings.

All expansion/conversion and maintenance measures as well as defects and faults in the building services come together in building management. These are communicated centrally, supervised and monitored until completion.

The aim of our work is to provide students, lecturers, guests and employees with a very good infrastructure in accordance with the respective requirements and to organise the daily operation of the university smoothly.

Building locking by locking service

The daily locking of the building is carried out by the LWS Security Group, Landshut (phone control centre: 0871-9431239)
