Legal department

We handle all legal matters and legal issues at the university.

In addition to drafting and updating internal university legislation, drawing up and reviewing contracts and representing the university in legal disputes, we also oversee contract awards via the award portal, university elections, construction measures and room and key management.

Contracts, legislation and legal representation

As Deputy Chancellor of Landshut University of Applied Sciences, Ms Sigl heads the legal department. She is the contact person for contractual issues, university legislation such as study and examination regulations and represents the university in legal matters.

Real estate and initial equipment

Mrs Kollmeder supervises construction projects and coordinates with the State Building Authority. She also assists with the initial equipping of buildings, laboratories and offices.

Ms Hoffmann processes awards via the awarding portal, is responsible for conducting the university elections and provides organisational support for the Senate.
