In addition to the campus in Landshut, the university also has locations in Ruhstorf an der Rott and Dingolfing with the Technology Centre for Energy (TZE) and the Technology Centre for Production and Logistics Systems (TZ PULS).

TZ Pulse

Digitalisation and automation as part of Industry 4.0 are important drivers of innovation in production logistics. The fourth industrial revolution not only brings major changes, but also enormous potential, which our Technology Centre for Production and Logistics Systems (TZ PULS) wants to research and make usable for companies.

TZ Energy

The energy transition is focussing on wind and water, sun or biomass as energy sources. For the transition to succeed, the energy system must change fundamentally. The TZ Energie pools the expertise of Landshut University of Applied Sciences in energy research. In Ruhstorf an der Rott (near Passau), we develop the technical solutions for the future of the energy system. Our researchers are working on energy storage, intelligent energy networks, energy efficiency and energy systems. We investigate how the components of the energy transition interact optimally and show how they can be applied in practice.
