Financing

In order to finance a short-term stay abroad, there are various funding options that can be applied for individually at the International Office. Funded short-term stays include

  • Summer schools / language courses
  • Faculty excursions
  • Blended Intensive Programs

Short Term Mobility Programs

We receive annual funding for short-term stays from the DAAD (Promos) and the Bavarian State Ministry (BayMI). The donors provide funds for partial scholarships, travel expenses and course fees.

Please note that for so-called Blended Intensive Programmes of the DAAD, applications for funding must be submitted via the program coordinator at Landshut University of Applied Sciences.

Financial support

The respective funding depends on the total amount of funding made available to Landshut University of Applied Sciences each year and can therefore vary. The selection and awarding of scholarships is based on the following objective, performance-related criteria:

  • Meaningfulness of the stay abroad
  • Academic performance and progress
  • Language skills
