The "Midwifery primary qualification" degree programme, which has been offered since the winter semester 2023/24, is a dual full-time course. In each semester, a coherent theoretical block takes place at Landshut University of Applied Sciences and a practical block at one of our cooperating practice facilities. You will receive a training contract and a corresponding training allowance from the practice partner. You have a study place at Landshut University of Applied Sciences.

Information on starting your studies
First-year students start their studies at Landshut University of Applied Sciences in the winter semester (beginning 1 October).
Events are held immediately before the start of each semester. As part of a comprehensive programme, you will receive helpful organisational and content-related information about the degree programme and the university and also get to know the staff and lecturers of your faculty as well as students on your degree programme.
