The study programme provides students with the knowledge required for a career in tax consultancy, auditing or in tax, finance and accounting in companies or non-profit organizations. The focus is on income and value added tax law, procedural and valuation law, accounting tax law, international tax law and company law in Germansy. In addition to the obligatory competence module in income tax law, students can choose a further competence module from the business management topics for specialization.

Specialisation in corporate law

The specialisation module in Corporate Law provides an in-depth understanding of the most important legal issues in commercial and corporate law. Students acquire the ability to recognise and solve key legal problems in this area. Participants will gain in-depth knowledge of the key legal provisions, taking into account current legal developments, and will be able to apply the knowledge they have acquired to a wide variety of cases and studies, recognising and solving problems even under changed legal conditions.
