Concepts and processes are based on the customer and their needs, taking into account the company's costs and profit-making intentions. The aim of the programme is to prepare students for management tasks in the areas of marketing, sales and service. They learn to place customers at the centre of their actions, flanked by current topics such as digitalisation, transformation and leadership.

The central aim of the degree programme is to qualify students to take on management tasks in the customer-oriented functions of marketing, sales and service in the short to medium term. Knowledge, practical experience and methodological skills form the foundation of this programme. At the same time, emphasis is placed on logical thinking and scientific work in order to promote students' analytical skills. Current topics such as digitalisation, AI and leadership round off the profile of graduates, who are in high demand in practice.
