International insurance and entry
Foreign (supplementary) insurance
Private international (supplementary) insurance - what you should consider when choosing your insurance.
There are many providers of supplementary insurance abroad, which differ in terms of fees, contract duration and age of the policyholder. In most cases, outpatient medical treatment, prescribed medication, pain-relieving dental treatment and aids following accidents are covered. However, there are major differences in the small print, which is why you should also find out about benefit limits and exclusions.
