Research Projects

Our research centres on CO2-friendly energy storage - on the one hand in the form of inexpensive and safe batteries, and on the other as technologies for storing large amounts of energy in the medium and long term.

We are also looking at how energy can be generated sustainably and at market prices - and how energy grids can be made more intelligent in the future. In doing so, we are focussing on the optimal use of energy in industry and in municipalities.
