Interested students from our partner universities (both exchange and double degree students) must be officially nominated by the International Office of their home university.
Nominations for exchange students must be made via the mobility management system Mobility Online. The relevant access data is available from the respective International Offices.
The following deadlines must be observed:
- Winter semester: 15 June
- Summer semester: 15 November
After the official nomination by the International Office of your home university, you will receive an e-mail with the nomination link to create a user account for the mobility management system Mobility Online.
The application must be submitted via the user account on Mobility Online. Documents sent by e-mail cannot be accepted. The following documents must be uploaded to Mobility Online when applying:
- Academic Transcript of Records (German or English)
- Curriculum Vitae (German or English)
- Learning Agreement
- Language certificate (English or German: at least B2)
- Confirmation of health insurance
- Copy of identity card or passport
The following application deadlines must be observed:
Winter semester: 30 June (later applications may be accepted under certain circumstances)
Summer semester: 15 December (later applications may be accepted under certain circumstances)
