Business Psychology & Sustainability Management
Bachelor
The Business Psychology & Sustainability Management degree programme provides fascinating insights into how people think and act – whether alone or in groups, as employees or managers, as applicants or recruiters. Students learn to understand economic interrelationships from both a corporate and an overall perspective, and discover which measures actually help to shape our society in a sustainable way and which only give a good feeling but do not improve anything.

Business Psychology
In the Business Psychology competence module, students acquire in-depth knowledge in an exemplary specialised area of business psychology. In project groups, the theoretical foundations are first developed in order to subsequently implement an application-orientated project. The focus here is on using the instruments of the chosen field in the sense of learning-by-doing so intensively that the students are then able to use them independently. The skills that students acquire as a result can serve as the basis for a Bachelor's thesis or form a foundation for future professional practice.
