Overview

In the summer semester, the media equipment lending service is open on the following days:

Tuesday from 10:30 - 12:30
Wednesday from 14:00 - 16:00

  • Equipment can only be borrowed or returned in room D0 44 during the above-mentioned opening hours. A deposit of €20.00 per device must be paid when picking up the rental equipment. (We can only accept 5, 10 and 20 euro notes and coins).
  • To borrow equipment, you must present your student ID together with a photo ID.
  • Items can only be borrowed and returned in person. Substitute borrowing is not possible, even if the student ID is presented.
  • The loan period is four weeks. The return date stated on the loan form must be strictly adhered to.
  • It is possible to extend the loan period by a further four weeks. Extension requests can be made in person or by e-mail(mediengeraeteverleih(at)haw-landshut.de).

  • The instructions for use or supplementary sheets enclosed with the equipment must be handled with care, may not be marked with written notes or symbols and must be returned in full.
  • The borrower undertakes with his or her signature to observe the operating instructions and the user regulations.
  • The equipment may not be passed on to third parties.
  • Should any damage occur during the loan period, a written report with a statement must be submitted when the equipment is returned. To avoid major damage, please report any equipment malfunction immediately so that the damage can be repaired by a specialist.
  • The borrower is liable for any damage or loss of the borrowed equipment up to the full amount of the replacement cost.
  • The Faculty is not liable for damage caused by the use of the equipment and its accessories.
