Sustainability

Sustainability is a strategic goal of the Faculty of Electrical and Industrial Engineering. We deal with topics that contribute to sustainable development in a variety of ways - both in our research and in our teaching.

We learn and teach sustainability

The content of our degree programmes covers future-oriented fields such as electromobility, renewable energies and responsible management and is constantly updated in line with the latest findings on sustainable development. This means that our students receive a future-oriented education and can also specialise their knowledge in sustainable profiling areas. With our educational certificate "Sustainable Development" , they can also deepen and document their specialised knowledge on the topic of sustainability.

Education certificate for sustainable development

With the "Sustainable Development" educational certificate, students are able to deepen and document their specialised knowledge on the topic of sustainability. This opens up new opportunities for them on the labour market, as companies increasingly need to professionalise their sustainability work.
