DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) programme
In the DBA programme, students write an application-oriented research thesis while working, drawing on their professional experience, which enables them to obtain a doctoral degree (Dr.) recognized in Germany. The Doctor Degree in Business Administration (DBA) is thus an application-oriented doctoral programme geared to the needs of industry and business.
Participation of the Faculty of Business Administration
The DBA programme enables students to work scientifically alongside their profession, successfully advance their own research project and complete it with a doctorate. Landshut University of Applied Sciences cooperates with the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (SCE) at Munich University of Applied Sciences within the framework of this programme. The SCE runs the DBA programme either in close cooperation with the Edinburgh Business School "Heriot-Watt University" or the School of Management at Swansea University.
The Doctor of Business Administration DBA is an international and flexible programme that enables professional and academic development at the same time. Doctoral candidates are supervised in tandem by a British and a German professor. The title DBA is awarded by the British partner universities after successful completion of the doctorate. Information on the programme can be found on the SCE homepage.
